- Moony was born in Athlone, Ireland, but lived in Mount Hawke, Cornwall. He studied at the Academy Julian in Paris and produced highly detailed, often ethereal, visionary works. He worked mostly in tempera and watercolour and exhibited in London and the USA. His work is rare to the market.
